This question comes up a lot for new mums. But how do you know if it’s post natal depression or part of the adjustment to motherhood?
In the early days especially, it can be hard to find time for yourself and when you do, it can be hard to switch off. However, so often I hear stories about mums who don’t take any time for themselves, as they feel guilty or they don’t trust their partner to take care of things.
