I will help you get back on track with your wellness goals. Most often, people come to see me because they are having eating or weight struggles, difficulty managing stress or struggling to make decisions.

Other things also impact our overall wellbeing: low mood, negative thought patterns, relationship difficulties, work issues, general life changes - to name but a few.
